Task 5.2: Parallel Simulation of Cell Apoptosis
Objectives
Simulation of the biological process of apoptosis: a very complex biological process involving a large amount of heterogeneous molecules in a biological network. The biological objective is to detect/confirm the role of classes of proteins, or target areas, which may be involved in apoptosis.
